The User and Labbaik Travels (you and we) will enter into a User Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions of usage (Terms and Conditions) before booking any product. When you visit our website and click the Agree button at the bottom, you have accepted to the terms and conditions. You are free to agree without reservation. You can visit our website or make any form of reservation with Labbaik Travels if you disagree with any of the terms and conditions. Labbaik Travels will receive all Alliance documentation at info@labbaiktravels.co.uk.
Your Contract and Agreement with Labbaik
A reservation is any kind of goods that we offer are received by our employees and posted on our website. We sent you a confirmation email with the contract attached as soon as we received full payment for your reservation. It would serve as a kind of receipt for you and be provided by Labbaik and any applicable Labbaik Travels agents. Every product that we have on show is contingent upon the suppliers’ accessibility and availability. Labbaik provides a wide variety of goods, each with its own set of terms and restrictions. You can book a complete Umrah package, including Umrah flights, hotel accommodations, Umrah visas, and holiday packages. You can also choose the product combination. For third-party suppliers like airlines, hotel management, insurance, car rental firms, vacation package providers, and other travel suppliers, Al Hidaya functions as a sort of negotiator. You and the travel provider will enter into a contract when you purchase any kind of service or package via our website. Al Hidaya will not be a party to any agreements. Additional goods include hotels and airfares to Umrah that are paid for at various points in time. and vacations that are reserved with a different provider.
Labbaik Travels strongly advises purchasing travel insurance for any package that includes the Hajj and Umrah. Particularly in cases where Labbaik Travels or the travel supplier declines to assume liability (Postponements and Cancellations beyond our control and access.)
Travel Suppliers:
These terms and conditions used for tour operators, hotels, chains of hotels, hotel aggregators, travel insurance firms, auto suppliers, and all airlines will be incorporated within the phrase “travel suppliers” since Labbaik Travels serves as a disclosure agent for third-party suppliers. You and the travel provider will enter into a contract, and the provider will be contacted with your questions. You must pay attention to the supplier’s name, address, and phone number, which are listed at the bottom of the receipt or in the information sections of their website. Labbaik Travels does not assume any liability for the travel products or any warranty offered by the seller regarding the quality and suitability of the products which we have mentioned on the website.
Travel Supplier Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to all products ordered through our website. Here are the terms and conditions given forth by the travel supplier, which include those specified by the airline that was booked. The terms and conditions of travel suppliers may include additional requirements pertaining to payment methods, liabilities, booking modifications and cancellations, default, refunds if available, and other limitations. while a result, while you navigate the website, you will notice links to the terms that apply to the specific travel supplier’s products, which you should read carefully. You are liable for any issues with any airline or other travel suppliers in terms of the check-in timings, reconfirmation of the flights or hotel bookings and other matters.
Flight Booking Terms and Conditions:
International airlines have additional terms and conditions that apply to their flights. For instance, certain flights in lower economy class are only available to those who are non-refundable and non-changeable. The flights should be used to plan your trip. For example, failing to complete the outbound legs of the itinerary and a first-time voyage may invalidate the remainder of the airline ticket. It is important to note that for international and domestic flights, check-in should be done 120 minutes and 90 minutes before departure, respectively. Certain airlines demand that you confirm your ticket at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If flight reconfirmation fails, it could eventually cause to the flight cancellation. Additionally, the majority of airlines maintain the authority to schedule modifications and cancel confirmed reservations. However, Labbaik Travels is not liable for such rescheduling and changes to travel bookings; all we can do is offer you with the necessary help through our customer support staff. If you have specific seat preferences and have purchased an economy class ticket, we strongly advise you to check in early. Even for flights that have been reserved in advance with the airline or any travel agent, Labbaik Travels has no control over the selection of seats. The availability of your reserved tickets at the time of departure is not guaranteed by us.
Labbaik Travels is also not responsible for any transportation services that may be provided between the airport and terminals. The most expensive or unusual flights typically don’t take the direct path. When a direct trip is specified in the flight itinerary, there is no need to change planes, but technical stops may be required for long routes. A change in route is necessary for certain airline itineraries. En Routes are designed to allow passengers to board or disembark and refuel. Outbound flights are the primary source of the timings listed in the flight itinerary’s 24-hour format.
Direct Flight: These are flights that maintain the same flight number throughout their itinerary. However, it excludes layovers and stopovers in any nation, albeit a technical stopover for refueling might occur. These resemble nonstop flights, which don’t go from the airport of departure to the airport of arrival.
Nonstop Flight: These are flights that don’t have any layovers or technical stops at any airports. They leave from the airport of departure and arrive at their final destination. The Direct flights are not comparable to them.
Financial security:
Flights: Through ATOL (Air Travel Organizers’ License Number 11941), which is granted by the Civil Aviation Authority, we offer financial security for your payments for some but not all of your flight-only services. At the time of booking, we will inform you if your flight is ATOL covered or not and issue an ATOL certificate to you.
If you do not acquire an ATOL certificate, it indicates that your flights are not ATOL protected. Where we offer the entire package for the approved travel organizer, you will be protected by the Organizer’s ATOL, whose contact information and ATOL number will be included in the booking confirmation email. Clause 5 of Section B will be applicable in cases where we sell the entire bundle. We or the provider will offer the service for which you have paid or purchased services (or appropriate substitutes) if your flight is ATOL protected. Sometimes, due to insolvency, neither we nor the supplier are able to do so. An ATOL holder will offer you the services you have paid for or an appropriate substitute at no additional expense to you. You consent to the terms under which the alternative ATOL holder will fulfill those responsibilities, and you agree to reimburse the alternative ATOL holder for any money that is still owed to you under the terms of your contract with them. However, if you agree in some situations, you will not be allowed to designate another ATOL holder; in certain situations, you will have the right to file a claim with your credit card issuer or the ATOL scheme, if applicable. If the ATOL Certificate indicates that we or our suppliers are unable to offer the aforementioned services or any appropriate alternatives, the trusties of Air Travel Trust may reimburse you under the ATOL system through the ATOL Holder in the event of insolvency. You agree that in exchange for such payments or benefits, you have assigned to those trustees any claims you may have arising from or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claims against us or any of our travel (or your credit card issuer, as applicable). You also acknowledge that some claims may be reallocated to another body that has paid for the amounts you claimed under the ATOL scheme. With our non-flight package, which is coordinated by a third party, we will function as an agent. We are only liable for financial protection where we are acting as an organizer, and Clause 5 of Section B will apply.
General:
When you book airline tickets or hotel accommodations, you are prompted to enter information about any frequent flyer or hotel loyalty programs that you are a member of. These taxes are paid to the government. Please keep in mind that frequent flyer programs offered by airlines and hotels are subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel or airline. Rewards are not available on all fare classes or services under those terms and conditions. If you wish to use your frequent flyer program, you must contact the airline or hotel if you have any questions regarding the terms and limitations. Regarding the frequent flyer loyalty program cards, our providers have their own policies and procedures. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact them directly using their phone numbers or email addresses. Labbaik Travels cannot guarantee specific demands like as special meals, additional legroom, wheelchair help, and so on. These requests will be forwarded to the relevant travel suppliers by Al Hidaya. It is your obligation to confirm with the travel supplier whether or not your specific services have been performed. Such services are not the responsibility of Labbaik Travels.
Delivery of your Reservation
All products that are reserved via our website are subject to the following guidelines.
During the booking process, you will be given the option of receiving an E-ticket or a paper ticket. Please keep in mind that each airline has its own set of terms and regulations for E-ticketing. If those norms and regulations are broken, Labbaik Travels will not be held accountable. It is highly advised that you verify these guidelines with the airline directly where you purchased your tickets.
Ticket Delivery
Since Labbaik Travels believes the information you gave is accurate, it will not be held accountable for any inconvenience the ticket may cause. And we are not liable if the addresses provided are incorrect, or if your e-tickets do not arrive in your inbox owing to invalid email addresses, junk/spam file settings, or incorrect phone numbers. Also, please confirm that your name matches the name on your passport and the name listed on your trip tickets or booking. You can verify how your name was spelled when you first received the e-tickets via email. Please be aware that paper tickets are not available from Labbaik Travels when traveling outside the United Kingdom. Additionally, you must inform us at the time of booking if you live in an apartment with security gates attached. If you have not received your e-tickets, it is your responsibility to inform us.
It is your duty to notify us within a specific time frame if you have another reservation with us or any of our travel agents. Labbaik Travels recommends that you do this before finishing the booking procedure. This will assist you in determining whether or not you need expedited delivery. You should be aware that some airlines may charge a fee and follow the entire re-issue procedure in the event of lost tickets or delays in postage or delivery of tickets. If your departure date is today or tomorrow, I would highly advise purchasing the e-ticket. Depending on the airline, that fee may change. Labbaik Travels employs Royal Mail’s first-class delivery system. You must get in touch with us at info@labbaiktravels.co.uk or our direct line number if, after seven working days of receiving the booking confirmation email, you still haven’t received your tickets. but not in the allotted time. We might ask you to get in touch with us within 48 hours after seven working days. In the event that you contact us within the allotted 48 hours, the expense of reissuing will be borne by Labbaik Travels. You will be liable for any expenses if you get in touch with us after those 48 hours. By 18:00 the following day, expedite the delivery for the following day as a city link delivery. In that instance, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the ticket confirmation email if you have not received the tickets by the specified time. Failure to communicate within our 48-hour timeframe may result in costs from the airline that you are responsible for paying. Please be aware that you can track the progress of your shipment by using the reference number of the courier we provided on the website or through our email. Along with the email with the ticket confirmation, a reference number will be supplied. Due to ticket restrictions that are beyond our control, Labbaik Travels may not be held accountable for the reissue of pre-booked tickets in some extraordinary situations. If this happens, it can cost more than the initial reservation, and you will be liable for the discrepancies. Please be aware that the appropriate supplier may need proof of your travel reservation in the form of a ticket number, reservation code, or confirmation email.
Cancellation and Modification Terms
The following shall be applicable to every product that is shown on our website and that is bought from us. The ability to cancel or alter a scheduled travel service or product, as well as the means for doing so, is determined by the terms and conditions set forth by the applicable travel supplier or hotel supplier. However, it won’t be feasible to modify or cancel the product reservation or services, and there might be some restrictions you must fulfill. You may be able to modify or cancel your flight reservation by calling Labbaik Travels or sending an email to info@labbaiktravels.co.uk. The following conditions will apply to car hire cancellations:
Within seven days of the booking confirmation email (the day you made the reservation and received the confirmation email), you can change or cancel. Labbaik Travels will charge £15 per hour. It takes longer than seven days following the booking date to cancel or modify a reservation. In certain situations, the travel supplier will not alter or cancel the goods or services until they receive a formal request via email and payment for any additional fees and related charges. Please be aware that the airline will cancel the ticket in the event of a “no-show,” and there will be no refund. Therefore, we strongly advise that you call Labbaik Travels agents and get the email confirmation for making the changes before departing on the original flights shown on your schedule if you wish to modify your trip closer to the departure time. Regarding the car rental, Labbaik Travels has the right to impose a “no-show” fee equal to 100% of the total booking value if you did not cancel your reservation prior to the previous pick-up time, do not pick up the vehicle on the scheduled pick-up date, or do not adhere to the pickup terms (refer to the supplier’s terms and conditions).
Please be aware that the airline will cancel the ticket in the event of a “no-show,” and there will be no refund. Therefore, we strongly advise that you call Labbaik Travels agents and get the email confirmation for making the changes before departing on the original flights shown on your schedule if you wish to modify your trip closer to the departure time. Regarding the car rental, Labbaik Travels has the right to impose a “no-show” fee equal to 100% of the total booking value if you did not cancel your reservation prior to the previous pick-up time, do not pick up the vehicle on the scheduled pick-up date, or do not adhere to the pickup terms (refer to the supplier’s terms and conditions).
General
Please be aware that there is no return for the initial deposit for the Umrah flights.
If you decide to cancel the trip on your own, Labbaik Travels will not be liable for any kind of reimbursement.
Before applying for the Hajj or Umrah, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months.
The Saudi Embassy will receive your passport in order to issue the Hajj or Umrah VISA; nevertheless, Labbaik Travels will not be held responsible if you do not receive the VISA for whatever reason. Labbaik Travels does not grant VISAs; only the Saudi Embassy does.
Please make sure you have a top-up regardless of any differences in the VISA fee, which may vary during the booking process and increase when the VISA is applied for or issued.
Please be advised that in the event of a VISA rejection, we are solely liable for the flight and hotel cancelation; Labbaik Travels will only reimburse the amount that would be covered under the terms and conditions; in no situation will Labbaik Travels be held entirely liable for the refund.
The availability of the hotels advertised or shown on the website is subject to change. Please be aware that the hotels you have been priced for will either be the same hotels or ones that are comparable. Your initial deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. However, in certain particular situations, if we have received a certain amount of money from the Saudi vendor, we might offer partial refunds. Please confirm that you cancelled on your own; otherwise, there will be no reimbursement.
For Hajj packages, the deposit you paid is completely non-refundable and non-endorsable.
You should be aware that the entire ticket may be void if you don’t use the first sections of the schedule or outbound flights.
To ensure a safe check-in, arrive at the airport at least three hours before your scheduled departure time.
Please make sure you have all of your travel documentation at the airport to prevent any problems during your trip. The company will not assist you if there are any problems.
Changes and cancellations of confirmed reservations are within the airline’s reserved rights. As your travel agency, Labbaik Travels is not liable for any cancellations or adjustments; nonetheless, we will offer you the appropriate support via our customer service department.
Please notify us if you have received any email from the airline to cancel or change your flight tickets; we will try to revalidate or reissue your flight tickets based on the next available flights with the airline’s approval; and in the case of hotel accommodation, the company will try to accommodate you accordingly; however, in the case of a fare difference due to low flight availability, the customer must pay. Before seven days of the departure date, it is advised to verify the status of your flight online or with your travel agent.
We would like to remind you of the critical importance of travel insurance as your provider of travel services.
However, since neither our travel advisors nor we accept responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage, property, or staff things kept in hotels or other locations, we do not offer travel insurance and advise against doing so. Personal liability claims and medical uncertainties overseas are also included.
Most hotels have regular check-in times of around 14:00 and check-out times of 12:00. Please be mindful of the hotel’s administration’s stringent check-in and check-out procedures. Last but not least, let the travel agent know about any changes you would like to make to the reserved package. He will check to see if there are any available or feasible changes or not. They may charge for this.
If the payment plan originally agreed at the time of booking is not satisfied by the client, the company maintains the right to charge the package non-refundable fees.
As a general guide, we use the star ratings of hotels and accommodations from various sources. These do not necessarily correspond with the local rating, though, because standards for grading hotels and accommodations of the same class can differ between countries or even within the same country with relation to different hotels and properties.

Processing of VISAs
Before you sign the contract, please carefully read the following, which outlines the company’s obligations on the booking terms.
Conditions:
Your passport must still be valid six months prior to the date of departure.
The two facing blank pages of your passport must be present.
Passports that are hard-written or not digital will not be accepted.
We can only apply for the Hajj VISA for holders of EC (non-British) passports if they reside in the United Kingdom. If so, you must submit proof of residency with your VISA application.
Non-European Community (EC) passport holders must have a permanent resident, student, or work visa and have entered the UK territory within two months of applying for an Umrah visa.
The passenger’s certifications of meningitis vaccination are required.
Note: We will hold onto your passport until the Saudi Embassy issues a VISA, which may be near the time of departure.
Prices:
The company maintains the right to alter package prices at any time without giving clients advance notice; they will be notified in this case. If tickets are not issued within the specified time limit, the quoted price of Umrah flights may increase due to an airline surcharge. The government-imposed fees associated with your trip may result in an increase in the package’s price. The package price may be increased if the price of the Saudi supplier of hotel accommodations or transportation changes.
General Terms and Health
The duties you have are as follows:
It is your responsibility to check tickets, immunization certificates, hotel vouchers, passports, visas, and anything else that may prevent you from traveling.
If you believe any of the information is inaccurate, you must let the company know. If you haven’t informed the firm about the problems you’re having during the event, they won’t be held accountable.
When your journey is over, you should verify that your passport is still valid, which should be at least six months.
In every situation, the organization will advise you to purchase travel insurance for your trip.
You should ensure that you have met all of the health criteria for travel, such as vaccination.
You must make sure that you are fully aware of all the Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage customs that you have scheduled and how to follow them.
You should be advised that during peak season, due to the great number of guests, such as during the hajj time, the furniture and other hotel facilities may alter. You must abide by the company’s inability to tamper with such types of lodging amenities.
You should know that the airports for Umrah flights may change at the last minute during the busiest times of the year for the Hajj and Umrah. Labbaik Travels has not control that type of changes and these are changed at the Airlines’ end, you have to accept that changes.
Any changes that may take place during the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not our responsibility. For this reason, we highly advise you to purchase travel insurance that will cover any losses you may incur while traveling.
Force Majeure:
If a force majeure event results in a failure to fulfill the reservation, Labbaik Travels will not be held responsible. Wars, hijackings, natural catastrophes, accidents, political unrest, and lockdowns are also included because they may have an impact on confirmed reservations.
You are requested to stay informed with the COVID-19 situation and policies of other nations, and its effects on your scheduled flights and varied protocols.
Labbaik Travels assumes all liability for any planes that go missing because of issues pertaining to the COVID-19 policy and regulations established by higher authorities.
Terms of Payment
When making a reservation, the entire cost of the flight packages must be paid. As further detailed in the particular automobile rental terms and conditions, please be aware that you might be required to pay additional fees for the rental car (such as optional insurance, additional drivers, and mileage). the date and time of payment collection for each flight’s specific terms and conditions. Typically, the payment will be made in one of three ways: (i) Complete payment at the time of reservation. (ii) The deposit made at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at check-out. Labbaik Travels or the Travel supplier is not obligated to issue any type of tickets, confirmation, vouchers, or other travel documentation until they receive payment from the consumers. You must, however, pay the agreed-upon price in the class for any travel-related goods or services that you order via phone, email, or other channels. As an IATA ticketing agency, Labbaik Travels will issue and send your planned flight tickets to you within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Debit or credit cards, which are explained in full on the website, can be used to make payments. Labbaik Travels has the right to forward your electronic tickets, e-vouchers, e-confirmations, or other travel documentation to the credit card issuers at the addresses listed on your credit card billing statements. Incorrect credit card payment information may result in the cancellation of your ticket purchase. Delays in the issuance of the tickets may subject to increase in the pricing of the bookings. You should be aware that any payments you make to the airline or to Labbaik Travels for any form of merchandise or Labbaik Travels charges will show up on your credit card accounts as distinct transactions.
Passports, Visas, and Health Terms:
Only British citizens are eligible for the information in this section. Non-British citizens should check with the embassy and home office immigration department of their destination country regarding any special documentation for the country they are visiting or returning to the UK. This includes citizens of British Dependent Territories, those who hold their citizenship due to a connection with Gibraltar, British subjects who have the right of abode in the United Kingdom, and EC and other nationals. Certain foreign nations demand that your passport be valid for a minimum amount of time after you enter the country, usually 6 months. Please make sure your passport is valid at least until the conclusion of your trip if it has less than a year left on it. However, you should check with the passport agency before you go. Other Generally Applicable Terms:
In the event of a failure, death, or personal injury that is not the result of our agents’ or our travel suppliers’ actions, Labbaik Travels assumes no legal obligation to reimburse you for all or a portion of your reservation. Liability for international travel by air, train, or sea will be restricted in accordance with the guidelines established by pertinent international discussions. When Labbaik Travels is legally liable for direct loss, the maximum amount of that responsibility will be the greatest value of the goods or services that are at issue in the claim (with the exception of death or personal injury, which are uncapped).
